• Manage project timelines, including system design, implementation, UAT, and deployment phases.
  
  
• Conduct business analysis and gather user requirements to support eCommerce system enhancements.
  
  
• Serve as the primary liaison between business users and technical development teams.
  
  
• Guide developers in delivering effective business solutions and ensure alignment with business goals.
  
  
• Develop and execute Test Plans, conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure system quality.
  
  
• Prepare and maintain detailed system documentation, including requirements specifications.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Operations Management, or a related field.
  
  
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, system analysis, or a similar role, preferably within retail or eCommerce systems.
  
  
• Proficiency in programming languages such as MySQL, Java, and JavaScript is highly desirable.
  
  
• Hands-on experience in Product Development and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  
  
• Strong background in software testing and quality assurance.
  
  
• Excellent communication skills in both Cantonese and English.
  
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  
  
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
