Reporting to the General Director , the incumbent will be responsible for  including:

• Prepare monthly consolidated financial information for the Group；
• Prepare annual and interim financial reports and relevant disclosure notes and liaise with external auditors in all aspects of the financial reporting；
• Perform the reviewing, monitoring and enhance internal controls of the Group；
• Assist in the preparation of financial analysis, budgeting, forecast, cash flow projection and management reports；
• Assist in the preparation of cash flow statements and arrangement of fund planning and management of the Group；
• Other ad hoc projects for the Group.

The ideal candidates should be / possess:

• Qualified accountant (ACCA/HKICPA)；
• At lease 5 years of relevant working experience in accounting or financial field；
• Strong analytical, detailed-oriented and excellent interpersonal skills；
• Drive, enthusiastic, highly self-motivated and able to work independently；
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines；
• Proven experience in handling HK/PRC accounting and taxation issues；
• Proficiency in Microsoft application particularly in Excel and Word；
• Experience in computerized operation system is preferable；
• Willing to travel and work in mainland China；
• Those with working experience in stated-owned enterprises are preferred；
• Proficiency in English, Chinese and Putonghua.

• 有計算機操作系統經驗者優先；
• 願意出差和在中國內地工作；
• 具備在央企工作經驗者優先；
• 熟練掌握英語、漢語和普通話。
