Our client is a reputable and leading Financial Institution in Hong Kong.  In order to meet their business expansion, they are seeking an Automated Testing Specialist to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare comprehensive test plans and test cases for AI systems and web applications integrated with Generative AI, such as chatbots. 
• Develop automated test scripts and manual testing procedures to evaluate system functionalities. 
• Maintain documentation properly and collaborate with development teams to improve system quality and deliver high-quality AI products. 
• Conduct performance, load, functional, UI/UX, regression, and cross-browser testing to ensure consistent user experience across devices and platforms. 
• Evaluate AI models for ethical considerations, and monitor the performance of system deployment for optimization. 
• Provide feasible solutions to enhance system quality and user experience, staying updated on QA methodologies. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines. 
• At least 4 years of experience in quality assurance, focusing on AI or machine learning systems, with a preference for large-scale system integration or data projects. 
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, natural language processing, AI model lifecycle, and model performance metrics. 
• Proficient in web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and RESTful APIs, with experience in test automation tools like Selenium and API testing tools such as Postman. 
• Familiarity with agile development approaches and a variety of testing techniques, including UI, regression, and performance testing. 
• Self-motivated and innovative with strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. 
• Team player with excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English and Chinese.
