Our client, a multinational company in Hong Kong, is seeking a
(Senior) Claims Officer to support their new business strategy. Candidates with proven claims experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities - Approve and process claims within authority limits, resolving claim-related issues.
- Investigate suspicious claims and ensure proper handling.
- Manage inquiries from agencies, brokers, and other parties.
- Enhance claims-related workflows and collaborate with other offices to share best practices.
- Maintain regular communication with management and other departments to provide updates and support.
Requirements - Minimum 2 years of experience in Life and Medical claims with strong insurance knowledge.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
