IT Analyst

What are your responsibilities?

  • Handle user issues, log and monitor tickets, provide technical advice and assistance, escalate issues, and support meeting room technology (video conferencing)
  • Provide desktop, printer, remote services (VPN, etc.), and mobile device support
  • Assist with local technology projects, including testing, issue reporting, rollout support, and training
  • Proactively educate users on technology tools to improve efficiency, focus on improving the user experience, gather feedback, and deliver proactive communications
  • Contribute to team improvements, and manage office hardware assets


What skills/ qualification will you need?

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in IT service desk / technical support role, preferably in Law Firm, Professional Service Firm or multinational companies
  • Solid knowledge in troubleshooting network relate issues (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Proxy)
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems,Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint (Microsoft Office Specialist preferred)
