Our client, a NMC audio-visual and computer products for home, automotive, and industrial and commercial use firm is seeking for high caliber talent to join their winning team.

Responsibilities

• Supplier sourcing, evaluation, cost and trading terms negotiation.
• Work with suppliers, overseas buyers, designers, engineers and follow up project schedule from parts introduction to Mass production. 
• Support the purchasing function to relevant factory and communicate any supply problems which may impact on business operations.
• Monitor and advise on any issues which present risk or opportunity to the organisation.
• Monitor market trends, competitor strategies and market suppliers. 
• Build, maintain and manage supplier relationships and keep up good communications.
• Audit process at production sites and provide quality improvement guidance to suppliers.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years’ product sourcing experience in Audio/Video products and/or electronic components.
• People who is willing to travel overseas
• Have knowledge of quality control
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders. 
• Fluency in written and spoken of English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• JLPT N2/N3 definitely an advantage, but not essential
