Responsibilities

1. Handle day-to-day trading duties via phone and trading platforms with high net worth clients, institutional clients and funds etc.
2. Execute trading orders with high level of accuracy.
3. Match daily transaction records and prepare trading reports.
4. Handle phone calls and email inquiries from clients in a timely and professional manner.
5. Assist with clients on-boarding, including document verification, KYC, CDD, and AML procedures.
6. Monitor trading system and online trade transactions.
7. Review the dealing and operation procedures from time to time, ensure comply with rules and regulations.
8. Perform ad-hoc project and assignment.

Requirement

1. Higher diploma or above in Finance or related discipline would be preferred.
2. Holder of SFC license Type 1 is a must, additional with Type 4 and Type 9 would be an advantage.
3. 1-2 years of relevant experience in the securities brokerage firm.
4. Positive attitude and self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
5. Strong spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
6. Immediate availability would be preferred.
