RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise a small Customer Service team;
- Manage daily logistics functions: pick list generation, packing list creation, forwarder booking, cargo dispatch, import/export customs clearance, and invoice issuance;
- Review and evaluate team members' service quality and effectiveness;
- Handle and resolve complaints and complex inquiries escalated from team members;
- Collaborate closely with the operation team in the warehouse;
- Coordinate effectively with warehouse, transportation department, and other related internal departments;
- Provide guidance and support to facilitate team members in service delivery and daily operations;
- Generate and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for key operational processes;
- Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure compliance with company and customer SOPs;
- Fulfill tasks assigned by management.
REQUIREMENT:
- HKCEE/DSE or above;
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in handling customer correspondence / customer relations in logistics field;
- With DGR license is preferred;
- Knowledge in Air, Sea operation is an advantage;
- Customer-oriented, self-motivated, able to work under pressure & willing to work overtime when required;
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, including Mandarin;
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel with a particular focus on VLOOKUP
- Knowledge in Air, Sea operation is an advantage.
