• Automotive Display Modules :
  • In-depth knowledge of display technologies (e.g., TFT-LCD, OLED, HUD).
  • Understanding of display interfaces (LVDS, eDP, MIPI-DSI).
  • Familiarity with display calibration, touch integration, and optical performance.
• Software Integration :
  • Experience with embedded software development for automotive systems.
  • Knowledge of software-hardware integration and validation.
  • Familiarity with automotive software standards (e.g., AUTOSAR, ISO 26262).
• System Integration :
  • Proven experience in integrating display modules with automotive ECUs and infotainment systems.
  • Knowledge of vehicle communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet).

3. Project Management Skills

• Experience :
  • Minimum of 5-7 years in project management within the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams (hardware, software, mechanical, and validation).
• Methodologies :
  • Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Experience with ASPICE processes and compliance.
• Tools :
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Confluence).

• Emerging Trends :
  • Awareness of trends in automotive displays (e.g., curved displays, haptic feedback, augmented reality HUDs).

• Ability to identify risks, mitigate issues, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate technical and business requirements.
• Experience with root cause analysis (RCA) and failure mode analysis (FMEA).
