Main Responsibilities

• Lead the business development activities in Hong Kong and Macau
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to secure new business deals in Hong Kong and Macau
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in Macau, fostering sustainable business relationships and maximizing key decision-makers and stakeholders
• Prepare detailed proposals and presentations tailored to the needs of prospective clients
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
• Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
• Provide regular reporting on sales performance and pipeline to management

Requirements

• A degree in Marketing or Business Studies is preferred, but not essential.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in new business development, preferably within the healthcare industry
• Working experience in Macau is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present to and negotiate with senior-level clients
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and result-oriented mindset
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin, with excellent interpersonal abilities

• Working days & hours: Mon-Fri 0900-1800
