Our clients are now seeking for high caliber candidate to fill up the following position:
 

1) Assistant Accountant (x2) - MNC / 25K

• Handle full set of accounts
• Handle month end closing for assigned overseas offices including preparation and review all financial and management reporting, variance analysis and schedules on a timely basis
• Support and assist supervisor in all financial and management reporting
• Maintain good working relationships with finance representatives and management team in offshore locations and give constructive advice where appropriate
• Coordinate and handle inter-company recharges and reconciliations
• Work experience in MNC / sizeable company is preferred
• With overseas offices experience is preferred
• Good in MS Excel (v-lookup, pivot table, sumif, filtering, etc)

2) Accounting Officer (x1) - MNC / 24K

• Handle foreign exchange operations, deposit placement and other loan administration
• Prepare daily cash flow reports, maintain bank book record and other treasury related reports on regular basis
• Handle daily receipts and payments through manual and electronic channels
• Coordinate with banks on facilities arrangement
• Responsible for checking the employee reimbursement claims
• Experience in HSBCnet and e-banking setup is plus
