About the Role

We're looking for a talented IT Support to join our team and create appealing, functional website for our global multilingual clients. Your role will encompass both back- and front-end development including WordPress theme configuration, WordPress plugin administration, eLearning content integration, and ensuring security through regular updates.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with users and stakeholders to understand project requirements
• Maintain and update the WordPress website, including themes and plugins to appropriate version ensuring platform stability
• Timely and accurately publish contents provided by product developing and marketing teams.
• Ensuring website responsiveness and compatibility across various devices
• Optimizing website performance and load times
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly
• Install, configure, and maintain Linux operating systems and related software.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability of Linux-based infrastructure
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls to ensure proper system security and data integrity
• Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery procedures to minimize data loss and maintain business continuity
• Implementing security measures to protect websites from cyber threats
• Keeping up to date with WordPress trends and best practices

Requirements, qualifications & skills

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in related field
• Proficiency in programming languages like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
• Good knowledge of WordPress Content Management System and its ecosystem
• Understanding of WordPress themes and plugins
• Experience with plugins related to membership (such as MemberPress) and eLearning (such as LearnDash)
• Experience with responsive and multilingual website development
• Good knowledge of Linux operating systems, such as CentOS, Rocky Linux, or Ubuntu.
• Proficient in Linux command-line interface (CLI) and shell scripting.
• Experience with LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP) architecture.
• Experience with Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud operation
• Problem-solving and debugging abilities
• Knowledge of web security best practices
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Time management and project management capabilities
• Creativity in design and user experience optimization
