We are now seeking a Manager, Global Brand to join our Global Brand team based in our Headquarter office in Hong Kong. The Manager will be a key member of the Global Brand Team and will be responsible for driving the strategic brand-building & consumer engagement/ experience initiatives, including but not limited to planning, development, implementation, execution, and measurement of brand initiatives and campaigns for Plaza Premium Group.

What you'll be doing:

BRAND Management
  • Leads execution and enforcement of brand guidelines across PPG portfolio brands and communication channels. Ensures regional adoption of communications tactics in alignment with global brand voice, and governs messaging, creative expressions, and visual identity.
  • Support the Brand Director in developing a strategic overview of the brand including planning and pull-through of Brand management & initiatives and programs relevant to the target audience and travel trends
  • Develops and manages brand tracking effectiveness measurements on a global level of brand programs.
  • Collaborate with various internal partners to understand business needs, timing, business impact, and expectations; consolidate and translate the company’s vision, internal needs and consumer understanding into desired brand products & experience across PPG portfolio with implementation plan including key priorities, success metrics, content and required investment, etc.
  • Support Internal Brand initiatives and special projects, assigned by the Chief Transformation Officer from planning to execution to markets.
  • Supervise pre-opening photography and videography and make sure a consistent deliverable from a Global brand perspective
  • Manage external agencies/consultants on special projects and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality deliverables.
About you:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications/Marketing or other relevant disciplines preferred
  • 8 to 10 years of relevant work experience in the Brand and Marketing field, on a regional level.
  • Strong communicator: Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, orally and in writing. Ability to confidently present objectives and desired outcomes to leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Previous experience working in large-scale/ complex organizations with multiple locations and stakeholders
  • Luxury, lifestyle brand experiences are preferred
  • Candidates with A-list agency background are preferred
  • Excellent Project and process management skills: Ability to manage time and budget effectively, including balancing multiple priorities to meet deadlines. Ability to identify or implement systems and process improvements. Self-initiating and results oriented.
  • Cross-functional collaboration and leadership: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Ability to work cross-culturally in a matrix and dynamic organization
  • Good eye and passion for what makes great creative work, both generally in terms of effective creativity for all marketing channels.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
