We are seeking a skilled Networking and Infrastructure Specialist to assist the Global Infrastructure team in managing and optimizing cloud platforms, physical servers, networks, and IT security. The role involves project leadership, user support, and continuous improvement of ICT systems to ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cloud Infrastructure : Administer and monitor IaaS and SaaS platforms (e.g., Azure AD) to ensure efficiency, availability, and proactive troubleshooting.
• Physical Servers & Networks : Manage servers, network hardware, and systems, including capacity planning, upgrades, and performance monitoring.
• IT Security : Implement and monitor security solutions (firewalls, anti-virus, intrusion detection) and conduct regular disaster recovery and backup testing.
• User Support : Provide 3rd-level ICT support, troubleshoot issues, and guide junior team members.
• Process Improvement : Lead automation efforts, enhance processes, and document policies and procedures.
• Project Participation : Plan and execute ICT initiatives, manage dependencies, and deliver progress reports.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, PowerShell scripting, and cloud infrastructure (Azure; AWS/GCP preferred).
• Solid understanding of networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, SD-WAN, firewalls, etc.).
• Experience with IT security protocols, domain migrations, and large organizations/MNCs.
• Knowledge of Terraform and Kubernetes is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and Mandarin (Cantonese is a plus).

Preferred Certifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate (preferred but not mandatory)
