Our client is a sizable property developer who is now looking for a talent to join their Sales team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Accounts development and maintenance for Industrial and Commercial properties Sales
• Prepare sales documents including sales arrangement, tender, pricelists, proposals and solutions
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales and marketing strategies accordingly
• Formulate and implement sales strategies and campaigns
• Conduct market research and analysis
• Handle enquiries from clients and property agents
• Conduct business planning for asset disposal

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Real Estate or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years or above experience in Property Sales, from sizeable Developer or Property Agency are welcomed
• Well experience in Industrial and Commercial properties' Sales and Marketing
• Self-driven, able to work proactively and independently
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in computer applications including Chinese word processing and MS office
