A global leading marketing company is looking for an operations manager to lead the team in providing excellent marketing support to a key client.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead the team to deliver high-quality promotional output and services to the key account, meeting SLAs and KPIs.
Allocate and plan manpower to achieve timely production and fulfillment.
Ensure stock of promotional items meets demand and schedule.
Maintain quality control of all production and services to meet client's requirements.
Participate in RFPs and collaborate with the Account Servicing team on budget preparation and timeline schedules.
Suggest and implement operational excellence to enhance quality and cost-effectiveness.
Handle client's operational inquiries, achieving satisfactory results in periodic reviews on efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and value added to the client.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree.
Minimum 8 years of work experience, with 3 years in a managerial role in a sizeable organization.
Experience in client-facing or client operations roles is preferred.
Knowledge of marketing operations is advantageous.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with strict deadlines.
Detail-oriented, proactive, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent time and project management skills.
Strong communication skills with excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
