Job Summary

The Sales Training General Manager is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales training programs that enhance the skills and performance of the sales team. This role involves collaborating with senior management to identify training needs, designing effective training materials, and ensuring that all sales personnel are equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to achieve their targets.

Key Responsibilities

l Develop and execute a strategic sales training plan aligned with company goals.

l Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations.

l Design and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and seminars.

l Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.

l Collaborate with sales managers to identify areas for improvement and provide targeted training.

l Stay updated with the latest sales techniques, tools, and industry trends.

l Manage the training budget and ensure cost-effective training solutions.

l Provide coaching and mentoring to sales staff to enhance their skills and career development.

l Prepare and present reports on training activities and outcomes to senior management.

Qualifications

l Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

l Strong commercial senses.

l Proven experience in sales training, with at least 5 years in a senior level managerial role.

l Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.

l Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

l Ability to design and implement effective training programs.

l Proficiency in using training software and tools.

l Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

l Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

l High level of organizational and time management skills.
