• Perform system and network administration
• Ensure the stability, reliability, security, and performance of computer systems
• Provide technical services, daily routine tasks, and system operation
• Document technical procedures and standards
• Update and review IT hardware and software inventory
• Evaluate new IT infrastructure-related products, solutions, and services
• Collaborate with other IT teams and stakeholders to support business requirements and projects
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies and best practices in Windows systems and cloud computing

- Hold a degree/diploma in computer science, information technology, or related disciplines

- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
- Experience with Linux distributions such as RedHat, CentOS, Ubuntu, etc
- Experience with VM management tools like VMware vSphere, ESXi, Hyper-V, HCI, etc
- In-depth knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems and their administration
- Proficiency in managing virtual environments and configuring VMs
- Experience with system maintenance tasks such as backups, updates, and security patches
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Perl, Python) for automation
- Knowledge of network protocols (e.g., DNS, HTTP, LDAP, SMTP, SNMP)
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix etc)
- Experience with backup solutions (e.g. Veeam, Acronis, etc)

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess good problem-solving and interpersonal skills

- Have at least 3 years of solid experience in system administration
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
- Have experience in managing Hyper-V/VMware cluster, SAN storage, and backup systems
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus
