Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Accumulate and make regional intelligence regarding HK and GBA.
• Support senior members to provide regional regulatory information to customers, regarding finance, remittance, settlement, foreign exchange, accounting, GBA, start-ups, sustainability, and others related to HK.
• Support senior members to promote business matching between Japan and Non-Japan clients.
• Support RMs and other team members to promote banking products by identifying customer's needs in collaboration with other branches, relevant departments, SMBC group/affiliate companies and/or other external organizations.
• Supports for Trade Finance system maintenance e.g. MSUP

Requirements:

• University graduate
• Minimum 3 years marketing or advisory experience with corporate customers, preferably gained from financial institutions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good command of spoken and written Japanese, English and Chinese.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
