Qualifications:
1. Degree or diploma holder in Information Technology or any disciplines
2. At least three (3) years’ relevant working experience
3. Good knowledge in Information Technology and data processing
4. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
5. Knowledge in data processing and manual preparation essential
6. Independent, self-motivated, attentive to details, positive mindset to drive changes and achieve continuous improvement
7. Mature in nature, good communication & interpersonal skills and sense of responsibility
 
Responsibilities:
1. Information Technology
acting as the IT Administrator (delegate) of the Company and carrying out the duties as per IT Policy
performing the IT services such as hardware & software upgrade and replacement, renewal of software licenses, server & server account management, website management, etc.
coordinating with the Company’s designated IT consultant
assisting in the review of IT Policy and other related procedures


2. Administration
performing the general administrative functions which consist of purchasing, facilities maintenance, utilities, office supplies, personnel related tasks, etc.
handling outdoor jobs such as documentation delivery / pick up
assisting in the review of Administration Manual and Uniform Manual


3. Continuous Improvement Program
assisting in handling other continuous improvement projects, ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned by his/her direct superiors

 

Business Resources Officer

Qualifications :

3. Good knowledge in the latest Employment Ordinance, Employment (Amendment) Ordinance Employees’ Compensation Ordinance and all other HR related laws & regulations in Hong Kong
4. Good knowledge in Information Technology and data processing
5. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
6. Knowledge in data processing and manual preparation essential
7. Independent, self-motivated, attentive to details, positive mindset to drive changes and achieve continuous improvement
8. Mature in nature, good communication & interpersonal skills and sense of responsibility
  
Responsibilities :
1. Human Resources

  • Performing the full spectrum of HR services such as recruitment, orientation, compensation and benefits, performance appraisal, payroll, insurances, employee relations, staff activities, etc
  • Maintaining day-to-day HR operations
  • Assisting in formulation and review of HR policies and procedures


2. Administration

  • Performing the general administrative functions which consist of purchasing, facilities maintenance, utilities, office supplies, personnel related tasks, etc.
  • Handling outdoor jobs such as documentation delivery / pick up
  • Assisting in the review of Administration Manual and Uniform Manual


3. Continuous Improvement Program

  • Assisting in handling other continuous improvement projects, ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned by his/her direct superiors
