Our client, a well known general insurance firm, is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join their IT team.
Your new role
Run digital transformation projects
Collaborate with stakeholders and business owners
Facilitate sprint planning, regular stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
Engage with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors.
Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies effectively.
Identify and mitigate project risks. Proactively address issues to minimise the impact on project timelines.
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards. Conduct testing and validation as needed.
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or a related IT discipline.
Minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on IT project management/business analyst experience
Hands-on Project Management experience is a MUST.
Solid stakeholder management skills at all levels
Strong in project management lifecycle & methodologies (e.g., PMP, SDLC, Agile, etc.) from initiation to project delivery.
Ability to collect, analyse, and communicate business requirements with different stakeholders.
Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
