Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operation and maintenance of various systems and hardware in a regulated Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) environment.
• Contribute to the design and maintenance of back-end system architectures to ensure stability, security, and optimal performance.
• Develop and enhance operational platforms for monitoring alerts, system analytics, and automation, including API development and integration.
• Leverage appropriate technologies to enhance delivery efficiency and system reliability.

Job Requirements:

-Experience: At least 3 years in system operations, development, or platform management, preferably in fintech or blockchain-related fields.

-Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Linux system administration and maintenance.
• Familiarity with open-source tools like Nginx, Tomcat, Jenkins, Git, Memcached, Redis, MySQL/PostgreSQL, and Prometheus.
• Proficient in shell scripting and Python programming for automation and troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of HTTP, TCP/IP protocols, and system/network security best practices.

-Preferred Experience:

• Hands-on with cloud platforms such as Alibaba Cloud or AWS.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Mesos, Spinnaker, Ansible, and log management systems.
• Familiarity with open-source operations and monitoring systems.
• Experience with continuous integration and deployment pipelines in high-security environments.
