Responsibilities: 

• Work closely with functional teams and provide strategic financial input and recommendations to enhance financial performance and business activities
• Oversee and improve the budgeting and forecasting process with detailed granularity ensuring alignment with company direction.
• Provide accurate and timely financial analysis to identify trends, variances and insights for senior management team’s decision support and opportunities for improvement
• Prepare and enhance the financial management reports and presenations (business performance, business proposal, project update etc) to internal and external stakeholders like shareholder and franchisor.
• Develop and implement cost control measure to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
• Lead implementation of high quality and efficient reporting tools, including dashboard and visualization tools
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, building a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.

Requirements: 

• Degree holder or above in Finance, Accounting and other related disciplines
• 6 years of relevant experience and qualified in HKICPA / ACCA, financial planning and analysis is preferred
• Candidate with Big 4 background will be a plus
• F&B industry experience is a definite advantage
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
• Proactive and being a good team player, able to work independently
•  Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese and English
