Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize low-latency, high-frequency trading systems for pre-trade execution.
• Work closely with traders and quantitative teams to enhance trading strategies.
• Develop and maintain real-time pricing, order management, and risk management systems .
• Optimize performance, throughput, and latency for trading applications.
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, and stability in high-pressure environments.
• Collaborate with global teams to implement best practices and enhance trading infrastructure.
  
  

Key Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Java or C# with a focus on low-latency programming.
• Experience in FX, Equity Derivatives, or other asset classes.
• Solid understanding of multi-threading, concurrency, and high-performance computing.
• Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, FIX, UDP) and distributed systems.
• Experience with real-time data processing and messaging frameworks (e.g., Kafka, ZeroMQ).
• Strong background in algorithms, data structures, and system design.
• Prior experience in a buy-side or sell-side trading environment is a plus
• Experience with exchange connectivity, market data feeds, or order execution.
• Knowledge of KDB+/q, Python, or other scripting languages.
• Exposure to cloud computing (AWS, Azure) or containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
