On behalf of top-tier global consulting firm we are seeking experienced technology consultants at both Director (10 years+ experience) and Manager (5-7 years’ experience) levels. You should come from a management consulting or financial services background and be highly competent in developing and deploying AI solutions.

Role:

• AI solution design. At Director level you would expect to spend approximately 40% of your time architecting solutions and 60% driving delivery of large-scale projects. As a Manager you will take ownership of individual sub-projects and lead small teams as required.
• Designing, building, deploying, and/or managing AI solutions using industry leading approaches across technologies such as Python, Git, SQL, and other relevant technologies.
• Design and deploy AI solutions to integrate with existing applications.
• Engage with clients at all levels across both business & technology functions to build long-term trusted advisor relationships.
• Training and managing junior staff and client staff, including quality assurance of client deliverables.
• Deliver solutions to client requirements and provide subject matter expertise.
• Continuous researching of client inquiries and wider emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, or higher, in Engineering, Technology or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years (Manager) or 10 years (Director) of relevant experience in delivery of Data / AI design, build, deployment or management.
• Proficiency or certification in Microsoft Office tools, as well as relevant technologies such as Python, TensorFlow, Jupiter Notebook, Spark, Azure Cloud, Git, Docker, and/or any other relevant technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on complex projects and deliver actionable insights
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Candidates need not be industry specific but experience working in, or consulting to, financial services and/or insurance would be very well regarded. Start-up experience, and a growth mindset, would also be favourably looked upon.
• Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in other regional languages is a plus. We will give preference to candidates already in Hong Kong, China or the wider Asia Pacific region but experienced Data / AI consultants from other global locations are welcome to apply.
