Job Description:

• Create and maintain business requirements for any IT application related enhancements / projects

• Collaborate with business users to define requirements and solutions within properties

• Work alongside product and technical teams to clarify requirements and provide knowledgeable support for the system

• Manage project teams and deliver consolidated solutions for integration, issues and risks

• Manage and defines all processes utilized by the team, ensuring compliance with Sarbanes Oxley and PMO standards

• Produce quality deliverables in accordance with the SDLC process, and Project Management Standards

• Provides application support and solutions to all the properties in the region, serving as the escalation point

• Conduct feasibility studies for new initiatives in alignment with management guidelines and their impact on business operations.

• Manages project timelines and validates project deliverables to ensure they meet business objectives
