Description

The successful candidate will support the Relationship Manager in providing exceptional service to a diverse portfolio of clients and related entities. The candidate will assist in managing client relationships, coordinating client requests, and ensuring timely responses to client inquiries. Additionally, the candidate will help with administrative tasks and workload management to maintain high standards of client satisfaction and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Relationship Manager in managing and maintaining client relationships.
  • Schedule, coordinate, record, and follow up on client meetings and appointments.
  • Assist in the preparation of fee proposals and reports.
  • Coordinate with various departments to fulfil client requests and resolve any issues.
  • Support Relationship Manager in identifying opportunities for additional services or business development.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for clients, including gathering required documentation and handling initial communications.

Skills, Knowledge And Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years of experience in corporate administration services preferred. Candidates from banking or marketing with interest and knowledge in corporate administration are welcome.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships through effective listening and communication. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in both Mandarin and English. Proficiency in WeChat preferred for client communications.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload efficiently.
  • Strong commercial sense, responsibility, and adaptability to handle client needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software. Experience with Viewpoint is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to adjust document formatting and presentation for clarity and professionalism.
