Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Debate Coach at LumiTalk Limited. The Debate Coach will coach students in debate techniques, facilitate debate sessions, provide feedback on arguments, and helping students improve their communication and persuasion skills at various schools in Hong Kong. This role is in Hong Kong SAR but allows for work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in debate coaching and facilitating debate sessions in HKSSDC and UNSDG debating formats
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to provide constructive feedback on arguments
• Knowledge of debate techniques and formats
• Experience working with students or groups in an educational setting
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to mentor and motivate students
• Flexibility to work part-time and some remote work
• Fluency in English and Cantonese is a plus
