Our innovative solutions have garnered strong traction over the past few months and gained interest from major global VCs, government agencies, and media, putting us on an exciting trajectory of growth. To date, we've received over 60 expressions of interest from notable worldwide venture capital firms, including Sequoia-Peak XV (Airbnb, Zoom, TikTok), Visa, and B Capital.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Fundraising Initiatives: Identify potential investors, craft compelling pitch decks and presentations, and negotiate investment terms to secure funding for our startup's growth and expansion plans.
• Develop and Execute Business Expansion Strategies: Tailor strategies specifically for the Asian market.
• Market Analysis: Identify and evaluate market trends, competitors, and potential partnerships to inform strategic decisions.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, investors, VCs, and partners.
• Lead Market Research: Conduct thorough market research initiatives to support decision-making processes.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of expansion plans.

About You:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finances or a related field preferred.
• Experience: Proven experience in startups, scale-ups, business development, fundraising, venture capital, market expansion, and strategic planning.
• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Asian startups, VC and Investors landscape (Asia / China).
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Important Note:

This position is commission-based, not salaried. We offer an aggressive high commission on a success fee basis. As we're currently in the Seed A phase round of funding, successful candidates will have the chance to contribute significantly and grow together with the team, achieving possible company positions over our scale-up journey.
