- Providevisionandexecutionforallsalesstrategies.
- StrategicPlanning&Reporting:
- Prepareandpresentbusinessplans,salesforecasts,reports,andpresentationstosenior management.
- Collaboratewithmarketingandproductteamstoalignsaleseffortswithoverallbusiness objective.
- TeamLeadership&Partnerships:
- Manageandmotivatesalesrepresentativesanddistributorpartnerstoimplementretailsales growth initiative.
- Developpromotions,executesell-instrategies,andactivatekeyretailstrategies that align with strategic marketing,sales,and brand portfolioinitiatives.
- Providecoaching,guidance,andperformancemanagementtothesales team.
- 5+yearsofaccountmanagementexperienceintoys,consumerproducts,orpromotions.
- Experiencewithlicensedconsumerproductsandtoysisaplus.
- Excellentwritten,verbal,andclient-facingpresentationskills.
- Proventrackrecordinachievingsalesandrevenuetargets.
- Strongunderstandingofproductdevelopment,productranges,andkeycategories.
- Strongleadershipskillswiththeabilitytomotivateandmanageateam.
- Experienceindevelopingandexecutingmarketingprogramstosupportrevenuegrowth.
- FamiliaritywiththeAsiaPacificmarketisaplus.
- Socialmediasavvy&intunewithcurrentcross-categorytrends.
