Cregis is a Web3 solution platform, focusing on crypto asset management tools and solutions for businesses since 2017. We've served over 3,200 clients in exchanges, projects, and Crypto Funds, with a daily on-chain transaction flow exceeding $30 million.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify key opportunities for partnerships that align with company strategic goals

· Develop a roadmap for partnership growth, including goals for leads generation, market expansion, and brand positioning.

· Proactively seek potential partners, including payment partners, wallet, marketplace etc

· Oversee the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, from negotiation, partnership terms, contract execution and event organization.

· Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure successful partnership launches and ongoing collaborations

· Coordinate with internal stakeholders & partner to deliver joint marketing initiatives and organize events.

· Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and partnership potential.

· Stay up-to-date on Web3 trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities.

· Self-driven, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Requirements:

· Experience:

· 1-3 years of professional experience in business development or partnerships, specifically within the Web3 or payments industry.

· A strong network within the Web3 and blockchain sectors.

Skills:

· Proven negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Experience with Web3-related tools, such as custody solutions, wallets, and blockchain technologies.

Qualifications:

· Experience in business development within the crypto industry is a strong advantage.

· Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
