Role:

• Develop and implement Data Governance strategies and frameworks for clients across multiple industry segments.
• Create data policies in line with date governance norms across areas such as data classification, data ownership and data access controls
• Work with clients to implement Data Governance tools and technologies and advise on data management practices.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert and impart knowledge, both internally and externally, across data and analytics technology and methodologies.
• Support engagement teams for Data Governance projects

Requirements:

• 6-12 years’ experience in the data space with a particular focus on data governance. It is likely that this will have come from within financial services and / or large consulting companies.
• Experience leading and implementing Data Governance strategies within complex organisations
• Expertise in data quality, data privacy, metadata management, master data management, data ownership, and data & AI ethics capabilities
• Experience leading end-to-end Data & Analytics transformation programs
• Solid understanding of both Agile and traditional project management.
• Fluent in English, oral and written, is essential. Cantonese and/or Mandarin is a definite bonus.
