Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hong Kong SAR for an Analyst, Associate, or VP at Lavender Hill Capital Partners. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to financial analysis, investment research, portfolio management, and deal sourcing.

Qualifications

• Independent thinker and strong intellectual curiosity
• Deal sourcing and Communication skills
• Financial Analysis, Investment Research, and Portfolio Management skills
• Quantitative skills and Data Analysis proficiency
• Knowledge of financial modeling and valuation techniques
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
• Relevant finance or business degree or relevant degree and work experience
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Good computer skills (Excel and PPT are must)
• Familiar with latest AI and other technology tools and trends
