Main Responsibilities


  • Handle general insurance duties such as coordinating policy renewal and claims
  • Handle customer inquiries, policy administration and insurance program
  • Providing and coordinating claim services to clients in need
  • Complete administrative / operational functions to support business needs
  • Other duties as assigned by Management

 

Job Requirements


  • F.5 graduate / DSE level or above;
  • 1 year relevant experience, but fresh graduates will also be considered
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, & Powerpoint);
  • Fluent and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • Responsible, self-motivated, independent, well organized and able to work under pressure
