About the role

This is a full-time Equipment Sales (Crushers) role at HL TECH COMPANY LIMITED', based in Admiralty of Hong Kong. As part of the Sales Management team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue for the company's industrial equipment offerings.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities for the company's industrial equipment products
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and requirements
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the features and benefits of the company's products
• Negotiate contract terms and pricing to secure new business
• Collaborate with the technical team to provide post-sales support and ensure client satisfaction
• Contribute to the development of the company's sales strategy and tactics
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
• Need to travel.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the industrial equipment industry
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and developing long-term client relationships
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and cross-functionally
• Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred
