Assist the Executive Chef in managing day-to-day food production and operations of all kitchens and culinary team members, including events, restaurants and staff meal
Monitoring the standard of food quality and quantity as well as overseeing the hygiene standards
Planning and designing the menu with Executive Chef and establishing cooking standards within the kitchen
Providing regular training to culinary team
To work with other F&B Managers & Service team members to improve guest’s satisfaction
Ensure safe and proper use of equipment at all times, and educate your Team members
Requirements:
Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in hotels / clubs
Self-motivated, independent & well-organized
Good communication skills
Organization skills including time management and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
