Manage the full spectrum of HR and Administration functions including manpower planning, recruitment & selection, performance management, payroll, compensation & benefits, employee relations, Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and general office administration support, ensuring alignment with regional HR policies and local legal compliance.
Prepare annual budget, coordinate with external auditor / service providers for annual audit and related reporting.
Exercise budget control over HR and Administration related expenses.
Work closely with top management by providing human resources advice, analyzing information and job applications.
Liaise closely with the business units providing strategic counsel on staffing matters.
Develop organizational strategies by identifying and researching human resources and administration related issues.
Initiate, oversee and coordinate innovative measures for improving employee performance and engagement.
Lead in various HR projects including corporate events and charitable activities.
Provide support to ad hoc projects as requested by management.
Requirements:
Degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines.
Minimum 10 years of experience as a HR Generalist from sizable organizations with at least last 5 years’ experience at managerial level.
Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance, knowledge of the Labour Law of APAC countries is an advantage.
Detail-minded, proactive, well-organized with strong sense of accuracy & responsibility.
Hardworking, responsible, independent with good sense of judgement.
Excellent communication skills.
Good team leading and coaching skills.
Proficient computer skills in MS Office applications.
Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
