Applications are invited for the following position, by a leading engineering consultancy organization in Hong Kong with operations across Asia.
This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with experience of working in an operational HR generalist role, who is looking to build on their HR career within a sizable multinational organization.
The position will be responsible for managing and tracking all elements of the employee lifecycle whilst ensuring HR operational excellence in all processing.
Responsibilities:
Provide a full range of HR support for our HK, including but not limited to recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, training and HR administration
Facilitate and process hiring, pre-boarding, on-boarding & induction and off-boarding
Support payroll processes and salary sacrifice
Manage an administration of taxation reporting, MPF and Group medical & life insurance scheme
Maintenance and updating of HR Systems and employee’s personnel file to ensure employee data integrity
Reporting on key HR metrics such as monthly headcount report, staff turnover report, organization charts and etc.
Coordinate an employee’s training and professional membership administration, record keeping and management
Participate in the HR annual activities such as benefits benchmarking, salary review, tax return, leave management, group medical & life insurance renewal and performance appraisal
Advise staff on Company policy and procedures
Support managers with disciplinary and grievance procedures
Provide administrative supports to the team on HR initiatives
Provide support to other Asia offices, when necessary
Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent
At least 3 - 8 years’ experience in HR operations/Generalist from sizable multinational companies
Collaborative and proactive with the enthusiasm to share new ideas and create solutions for HR initiatives and client challenges
Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing)
Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related Ordinance
Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
