Handle general office administration as well as monitor expenses and payment processing;
Coordinate with in-house member or outsider to handle property management, such as maintenance, repair, site visit if any;
Assist to manage the matters of domestic helper;
Plan and organize staff activities and company events;
Go out to work when necessary;
Support the Supervisor to handle HR matters, such as leave management, attendance management, record management, employee relations etc.;
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Business Administration or related disciplines;
5 years or above relevant working experience;
Familiar with the Employment Ordinance;
Able to work independent, good team player;
Detail-oriented and self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills;
Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
Good in PC skills (e.g. MS Excel, Word, Outlook etc.);
Immediate available is an advantage.
5-day work week | Working Hour: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm (subject to operational need) | Annual Leave 14 days | Group Medical Insurance | Double Pay
