Assist senior management in cross-departmental communication and collaboration;
Arrange group-wide management meetings and external official events;
Prepare both regular and ad-hoc business analysis reports and other management reports for senior management;
Work with IT team to enhance OA system by designing new workflows and improving existing workflows;
Perform any other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time.
Job Specification:
Degree holder in Economics, Finance, Journalism, Communications or related disciplines;
1-2 years’ relevant work experience in CEO office or related department with solid experience in supporting/managing business operations;
Excellent interpersonal communication skill, ability to work under tight deadlines and high requirements;
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in both Mandarin and Cantonese is a plus;
Good PC knowledge (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing);
Immediately available will be preferred.
