Initiate and lead due diligence relating to private equity investments, including the review of business plans, market environments, historical financial statements, growth strategies, etc.
Personal in charge of M&A project
Participate in fundraising activities, including PitchBook building, road show and investor conference
Prepare diligence materials and investment proposals for presentation to management
Responsible for deal execution, including drafting and negotiating of deal documentation
Oversee the investee companies detailed financial and cash flow projection models
Manage key third-party relationships, including law firms, auditors, consultants and financing providers
Perform fund level investment management, including developing and executing business plans and involvement at the Board level
Monitor and analyze the financial performance and risks of portfolios
Develop new business initiatives in private equity across regions
Build and maintain private equity transaction and portfolio models
Requirements
Bachelor degree or above, with a major in Banking, Finance or the equivalent.
Current hold of SFC Type 4、6、9 license with the Responsible Officer (RO) is advantages
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the private equity market.
Solid and in-depth knowledge of the Securities and Futures Ordinance, regulations and guidelines of relevant regulatory authorities.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua.
