Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage treasury operations for the APAC region, including cash management, liquidity planning, and foreign exchange risk management.
  • Develop and implement effective treasury strategies to optimize cash flow and minimize financial risks.
  • Monitor and manage the company's banking relationships, ensuring cost-effective and efficient banking services.
  • Conduct detailed cash flow forecasting and analysis to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate treasury policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the development and execution of funding strategies, including debt issuance, credit facilities, and intercompany financing.
  • Collaborate with regional and global finance teams to ensure accurate and timely treasury reporting.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive treasury reports and analysis to senior management.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in treasury management.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks to continuously enhance the treasury function.
  • Provide guidance and support to the finance team on treasury-related matters and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A master's degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CTP, CFA) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 6-10 years of relevant experience in treasury management, preferably within the fashion retail industry or a multinational company.
  • Strong understanding of treasury principles, cash management, and financial risk management.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in treasury management systems and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of local and international regulatory requirements within the APAC region.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
