Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for operations process and flight planning for achieving the OTP requirement
• Handle export operation documents, including routine shipment booking and related data entry
• Monitor shipment arrangement and status, prepare reports for customers and system updates
• Coordinate and communicate with Airlines, Terminal, CS, Warehouse and co-loader shipment arrangement
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

• ***Alternate week day/night shift duty is required***
• Form 5 / DSE graduates or above
• At least 1 year relevant working experience 
• Candidate with more experience will be consider as Air Freight Operation Senior Coordinator
• Good in written and spoken Chinese, English and Mandarin 
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel) is required
• Familiar with Cargowise would be an advantage
• Demonstrated ability to manipulate data rapidly and efficiently
• Strong analytical skills & sensitive to numbers
