About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team at Synergy Technologies (Asia) Limited. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a vital part in handling and overseeing the company's financial accounting and reporting processes. This is a full-time position based in our Ngau Tau Kok Kwun Tong District office.

Responsibilities  

• Prepare and handle monthly financial statements, including accounting records and schedules.
• Prepare consolidated group financial statements
• Inter-company controls and transactions.
• Ensure all accounting records and transactions are accurate, complete, and compliant with relevant financial reporting standards and regulations
• Assist in the preparation of year-end audit and tax filing.
• Provide support and guidance to more junior members of the finance team

Requirements

• Degree holder in accounting or a related discipline with qualified accountant status being a plus.
• Above 5 years relevant accounting experiences
• Listed companies experience preferred
• Proficient in the use of accounting software and spreadsheet applications
• Proactive and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders
• Immediate available is highly preferred.

Working Hours:        Monday – Friday 9:00-17:30 ; Alternately Saturday 9:00-12:45
