Job Duties

• Reports to Finance Manager in HK, and handles billing & AR reporting duties
• Process bills accurately and maintain charge-out rates
• Reconcile accounts and prepare billing reports
• Ensure compliance with e-billing client requirements
• Communicate effectively with colleagues for seamless client services
• Support AP duties and month-end closing

Requirements

• Bachelor in Finance, Accountancy, or related disciplines
• CPA qualification or student member is an advantage
• Over 3 years of accounting (full process of AR) experience in MNC
• Related experience in B2B services industry is a plus
• Fluent verbal Cantonese and English is a must
