Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations of the manufacturing facility, including budgeting, forecasting, and costing analysis
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting in compliance with local accounting standards and international financial reporting standards (IFRS).
• Manage the preparation and consolidation of financial statements and management reports.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
• Develop and implement robust internal control systems to safeguard company assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with external auditors during audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Support tax filing and compliance processes, ensuring timely and accurate submission of tax returns.
• Lead and mentor the local finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred.
• Minimum of 6-8 years of experience with station experience in Vietnam
• Strong understanding of local Vietnam tax, accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and internal controls.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Knowledge of local and international regulatory requirements.
• Willingness to relocate and be stationed in Vietnam.
