Coordinate with local and overseas suppliers and airlines on group booking arrangement
Full set processing on all tickets, reservation, and confirmation issue of group tours
Deal with sub-agents, incoming enquiries and bookings
Coordinate with frontline to enhance respective sales performance
Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager
Requirements:
Holder of Bachelor Degree, preferably in tourism studies
Minimum 2 years relevant experience in travel industry managing outbound tours
Knowledge of Amadeus is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese word processing
Good command of Chinese and English
Proactive, flexible with good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and under pressure to meet multiple deadlines
Immediate available is highly preferred
