Job Highlights

• Bachelor degree holder preferred
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Responsible for Property Leasing and Asset Management

Responsibilities:

• Handle leasing management matters for the group’s properties
• Handle daily asset management and tenancy management issues
• Responsible for handling new lease and lease renewal
• Control, coordinate and prepare documents for leasing and asset management
• Coordinate takeover and handover of premises
• Assist in ad hoc project as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in retail property or related fields 
• Solid experiences in property management / shopping centre management is preferred
• Familiar with the market trend and good connections with retail tenants and property agencies
• Self-motivated, independent and good analytical skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
