Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, cruise lines to ensure the availability and quality of services and supplies.
Responsible for maximizing cruise bookings and revenue.
Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
Coordinate with cruise companies to manage regular promotional campaigns.
Manage all aspects of cruise operations, ensuring that all cruise tours run smoothly and efficiently.
Be part of a vibrant and energetic cruise team to deliver sales revenue and passenger numbers.
Work closely with cruise consultant to address guest concerns, resolve issues, and ensure a positive guest experience.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree holder in Travel or Tourism or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in Cruise products and operations.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
Proficiency in MS Office application and Chinese word processing.
Sound knowledge of GDS reservation systems such as Amadeus is preferred.
Must be digital savvy and good with web applications and computers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, flexible and able to work independently.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
