Responsibilities
 

• Perform routine maintenance and project works for estate building
• Assist in preparing works orders
• Prepare maintenance and engineering works contracts, and ensure the contracts that meet respective requirements
• Carry out ad-hoc repairing and maintenance duties

Requirements
 

• Certificate in Building Studies or equivalent.
• Working experience in the maintenance of building in Hong Kong is preferred.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently.
